Congress' manifesto promises smartphones to students between 18 to 23 years of age

Rahul Gandhi released manifesto in Karnataka today. The manifesto held many promises for the people. It said that it would provide free of cost education for students from first standard till twelfth. Apart from this, Congress promised to give smartphones to students between 18 to 23 years of age. On employment front, 15 to 20 lakh people are promised jobs
