Congress leader Manish Tiwari today made attacks on Modi government over attacks on Indian Soldiers in Jammu and Kashmir. He said, "It is condemn-able that Indian Finance Minister will relish biryani with her Pakistani counterpart while its enemy is killing its soldiers."
