Congress Councillor's brother thrash woman in Punjab

In Punjab's Muktsar, a woman was thrashed by brother of Congress Councillor Rakesh Chaudhary and his aides over a money lending issue. The woman was beaten up badly and later the victim was admitted to the hospital. SSP Manjeet Dhesi says 'This is an extremely unfortunate incident, we have arrested 6 ppl and will push for severe punishment. It raises serious questions on law and order situation of Punjab
