China blocks move to declare Masood Azhar as global terrorist

The proposal to blacklist Masood Azhar as global terrorist was moved by France, UK and the US on February 27. Following them, Germany backed the proposal. But China blocked the move. The country's objection was on technical basis. China did not say a word until the deadline was just an hour away.
