Before flood, Suresh Sharma praised Bihar Municipal Corporation Commissioner

Bihar's City Development Minister Suresh Sharma says, We did not expect this rise in water level. Municipal Corporation and BUIDCO which is responsible for running drainage and Sump House.  Four city commissioners were replaced in two years. I have no role in it. This is the role of general administration. General administration comes under Nitish Kumar. City development also plays a role in this tragedy. It is a matter of understanding that the Municipal Corporation does not have a map. After this tragedy, there will be extensive inquiries and strict action will be taken against the guilty.
