Barkha Shukla Singh expelled from Congress day after she said Rahul Gandhi unfit to lead party

The Delhi Congress today expelled its women's wing chief Barkha Shukla Singh, who in an open letter on Thursday had hit out at vice-president Rahul Gandhi, calling him "unfit to lead the party", and alleged harassment of party workers by Delhi unit chief Ajay Maken.
