Bareilly: Youth clings to bonnet of BDO's car

he video of a youth clinging to the bonnet of the vehicle of  Block Development officer (BDO) is being widely circulated on social media. 
Villagers who were awaiting second instalment of budget for construction of toilets went to complain at the office of BDO Pankaj Kumar Gautam. However, a youth tried to stop the car of BDO but as the official did not stop his vehicle, the youth held the bonnet and kept hanging on it. The BDO stopped the car only after driving for four kilometres.
