Hathras Incident Wouldn't Have Happened If UP Was Divided Into 4 Parts

The population of Uttar Pradesh is over 23 crore. It means only China, India, the United States and Indonesia have more population than UP. In such a situation, there arises a demand to divide UP into four parts: Purvanchal, Awadh, Harit Pradesh and Bundelkhand, so that these small states can be governed properly.
