After listening to the PIL of the mass the bench was acting on a public interest litigation seeking transport and other amenities for migrants who have been on the move ever since the 21-day lockdown was announced. As 'fear' and 'panic' over the Covid-19 virus outbreak as a bigger threat than the pandemic, the issue was heared toady through video conferencing and the court asks the government to take measures against the spreading of "fake news".
