Bihar's Bhagalpur district recorded more than 1400 new Coronavirus cases, while 17 people have died. Bhagalpur's DM, ADM, DDC, Commissioner, a few other policemen, and doctors too, have been tested positive for Coronavirus. Thus, there's not a single senior-level officer in sight who could handle the situation.
