Bihar's Bhagalpur district recorded more than 1400 new Coronavirus cases, while 17 people have died. Bhagalpur's DM, ADM, DDC, Commissioner, a few other policemen, and doctors too, have been tested positive for Coronavirus. Thus, there's not a single senior-level officer in sight who could handle the situation.
On the other hand, people are seen flouting the social distancing norms. In Bihar's second most affected district, we see people without wearing their masks and not acting responsibly.
