The decision regarding the disqualification of 19 MLA's from the Pilot camp will be taken by Rajasthan High Court. Rajasthan assembly chief, Congress' CP Joshi had issued a notice to these MLA's regarding disqualification. These 19 MLAs went to the High Court against this notice. Whereas CP Joshi went to the Supreme Court and said that High Court can't make a decision on the disqualification, the SC reiterated that it can, but also mentioned that the final verdict remains with the Supreme Court.
