The Centre has told the Supreme Court that there is no need for the involvement of CBI in the Tablighi Markaaz case. In the affidavit submitted to the Supreme Court, the centre responded saying that the police are investigating in the right direction so the CBI is not needed. The Centre also finds an investigation on the large gathering of migrant workers in Anand Vihar on 27th-28th March, unnecessary.
