Even after four days, the culprit of Kanpur encounter case is at large and 40 teams of police officials are working day in and day out to catch him. 

As per the latest report, the letter written by martyr CO, Devendra Mishra, is missing from the records. This was the same letter in which CO had hinted of a huge wrong-doing but no action was taken.

On the other hand, DIG Anant Dev Tiwari's role will be probed too. He had ordered not to take any action against Vikas Dubey when he was at SSP post in Kanpur.
