The infamous gunman of Delhi clashes Shahrukh is yet to be arrested by Delhi police. He had been consistently changing his location. Shahrukh is the same man who opened eight rounds of fire during Delhi riots. Earlier, it was reported that Shahrukh was arrested by the police but later the police clarified that he has not been arrested.
