Visuals of 'cold wave' in North India

Intense cold wave conditions continued in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as the harsh winter period of 'Chillai Kalan' started on Monday. Icicles hung from leaking taps and branches of trees presenting a kaleidoscopic view as the sun struggled its way through cloud covers.
