Expressing concern over the state of Jammu-Kashmir after the removal of Article 370 and Article 35-A, Mehbooba Mufti said that the youth of the valley had no choice but to pick up arms. She said that after the removal of Article 370 and Article 35-A, the promises made by the BJP to the people were not fulfilled, due to which the people of Kashmir as well as people of Jammu had to face problems.
