A 36-page confidential report of the Accountant General of Madhya Pradesh has exposed a big scam in the Department of Women and Child Development. As per documents, several tonnes of food was transported via trucks on paper. But the reality is that light-weight vehicles like autos were used. So where did the food go?

According to the report, ration worth crores has been distributed in the name of lakhs of children who do not even go to school.
