Bodybuilding and karate are two different sport. Comparing them would be unfair, but a bodybuilder took to social media to share how he thinks karate is a “scam” and challenged a karate master to a fight to prove his point. The entire altercation was documented through a video by the man.
Shared on Instagram, the bodybuilder named Patty claims to have trained himself so well that he could defeat any martial arts expert. He also claimed to be "untouchable" due to his rigorous trainings and challenged the karate master to a duel. On being thrown a challenge the karate master agrees on the grounds that if he lost, he would give the bodybuilder his studio keys.
The caption of the fight video read, "Bodybuilder vs. Karate Master: Who Wins?".
As the fight begins, Patty launched formidable punches and kicks at the karate master, who dodges all of his attacks and counters with swift and precise strikes.
In a few seconds the karate master with years of dedicated training, discipline, agility and technique pins him in place.
Since being shared, the video has amassed over 7 lakh likes and tons of comments.
"People who think body building beats martial arts don't understand physics," commented one user on the post.
