Newly married TV actress Dipika Kakar CONFIRMS she converted to ISLAM before her fairy tale wedding!

On being asked about the decision of converting to Islam and changing her name, Dipika clarified, "joh sach hai woh hai... It's true I have done it, but why and when I have done it, don't think it needs to be talked about. I think it is a very personal matter and I don't think I need to talk about it openly in front of the media.

The duo later hosted a grand reception for their TV industry friends!

Dipika and Shoaib have been one of the most lovable couples of small screen and got married on February 22

Recently they were seen celebrating Holi together

The two also visited the famous Haji Ali Dargah to seek blessings

And while their dreamy wedding from haldi, mehendi to reception was the talk of the town, there was a news that Dipika converted to Islam before exchanging the wedding vows!

Ever since their inter-religion wedding the two have given us goals.

When Dipika was asked about the same after her wedding, she refused to talk about it saying it is personal. But now she has finally opened about the same.
