TRS MLC K Kavitha Poses Questions To Rahul Gandhi Ahead Of His Visit To Telangana

Kavitha also inquired why the Congress party was deafeningly quiet as the TRS party fought the Union government on the uniform paddy procurement policy.

Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLC K Kavitha on Friday asked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as to how many times he raised the problems of Telangana state in Parliament. With Rahul Gandhi ready to arrive in Hyderabad for a two-day tour, Kavitha took to Twitter to ask him some questions.

“As Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji arrives in Telangana today, I sincerely request him to introspect on the following. How many times have you raised the issues of Telangana in Parliament,” she asked.

 

Kavitha also wanted to know why was the Congress party silent when TRS was fighting for state rights. She questioned where you were when the TRS party fought over the national status for Telangana irrigation projects and the pending GST arrears due to the state.

She also inquired why the Congress party was deafeningly quiet as the TRS party fought the Union government on the uniform paddy procurement policy.

She informed Rahul Gandhi that Telangana has showed the nation the way to comprehensive development by establishing numerous initiatives such as Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bheema, Kalyan Lakshmi, Aarogya Lakshmi, Aasara, and others that continue to assist Telangana people every day.
