Telangana police Wednesday issued show cause notice to Former BJP MLA Raja Singh for posting objectionable content on his Facebook. The notice read that the suspended BJP MLA has violated the condition imposed by the High Court.
"Mangalhat Police issued a show cause notice to suspended BJP MLA T Raja Singh for posting objectionable content on the social media platform, Facebook," news agency ANI said in a tweet.
"You have posted objectionable content targeting a particular community which is a violation mentioned in the condition imposed by the High Court. In the future, you shall not post any derogatory or offensive posts on any social media platforms" reads the notice, as quoted by ANI.

Raja Singh was arrested in August for his derogatory comments against Prophet Mohammed. Hyderabad police then booked Raja Singh under PD ACT. The Act is invoked against culprits because they are believed to be a threat to society.
while issuing a video statement after fresh notices were served, Raja Singh alleged that Minister KT Ramarao, Home Minister Md Mohamood Ali and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi are responsible for creating a communal situation in Hyderabad.
Ahead of his arrest, tension prevailed in Hyderabad's Old City as people staged protests against Raja Singh for his alleged derogatory remarks. Police resorted to lathi-charge to control protesters who raised slogans, burnt effigies and pelted stones.
