PM Modi Exposed Secret Friendship Between BRS, BJP: Telangana Congress Chief

Revanth Reddy said PM's remark that KCR wanted to join the NDA at a public event in Nizamabad shows that Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have a covert friendship.

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President also demanded the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) to spell out its stand towards BRS after Modi’s statement.

Telangana Congress president Revanth Reddy said that PM Modi exposed the secret friendship between BRS and BJP during a recent public meeting in Nizamabad. Revanth Reddy referred to this friendship as a "fevicol bandhan" and accused the saffron party of participating in the alleged corruption of CM K Chandrashekar Rao. He has urged the Centre to launch an investigation against KCR in Telangana.

Revanth Reddy said, "PM Modi is constantly visiting Telangana but it is of no use because people know about the friendship between PM Modi and KCR, their 'Bandhan' is 'Fevicol Bandhan'."

"Everyone knows how much loss Telangana has endured due to this 'Fevicol Bandhan'...why ED and Income Tax are not conducting probe against the KCR family? who has stopped them?...Congress urges Centre to start probe against KCR in Telangana," he said.

Revanth Reddy said, the Prime Minister's remark that KCR wanted to join the NDA at a public event in Nizamabad on Tuesday shows that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have a covert friendship.

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President also demanded the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) to spell out its stand towards BRS after Modi’s statement. He asked AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi to reveal to the people, particularly Muslims, whether he would keep an alliance with KCR after learning of his covert link with the BJP.

Revanth Reddy also alleged that KCR was giving "protection money" to BJP due to which no action was taken against KCR.
