Upset With Quarantine, Covid Positive Woman In Telangana Hugs Daughter-In-Law To Spread Virus

Hyderabad: With lockdown extensions and the scare the pandemic created has been upsetting for many people, but a woman from Rajanna Sircilla in Telangana was disappointed for being quarantined after testing positive for Covid-19 and went on to hug her daughter-in-law. According to reports, the elderly woman couldn’t bear the truth that everyone was keeping her away while she was in self-isolation.
After the daughter-in-law tested positive, she was sent out of the house, and later her sister had to take her to their parent's house. The young daughter-in-law told to Times Of India that her mother-in-law was upset that no one was going to her vicinity and her grandchildren were allowed to be with her, which has angered her. “My mother-in-law hugged me saying I should get infected with the deadly virus,” the daughter-in-law told to Times Of India.

It’s been a week since the elderly woman tested positive and she was given food in a particular place and she was kept away from the family, which the elderly woman couldn’t take.
Now the young woman is undergoing treatment as she tested positive for Covid a couple of days ago.
It’s been more than a year since the virus has turned the tables across the country, but still, there is a lack of awareness among people as to how dangerous the virus can be and how it can shatter a family.
