Businesses can create a personalised start page featuring text, such as a tagline highlighting their product or service, along with stickers, aiding in customer attraction and engagement.

This feature enables users to establish a default greeting message for initial customer contact, with the option to specify a timeframe for re-sending the greeting if a new message is received after a certain period. Similarly, users can configure custom away messages to be sent when the business is closed.

Quick replies serve as efficient shortcuts for sending pre-set messages, which can encompass multiple messages and support various elements such as text formatting, links, stickers, media, and files. This functionality proves invaluable for responding to recurring customer inquiries, such as those regarding menus, payments, and more.
