Xiaomi 14 Ultra's Leak: Full Specifications Revealed, To Be Powered By Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is slated to be officially unveiled on February 25, and a recent leak from German blog WinFuture provides extensive details about the flagship, substantiating previous speculations. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to feature 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage in Europe, with a 1TB variant anticipated in select markets.

The device boasts a 6.73-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a 1440p resolution and an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The screen supports HDR10+ and incorporates a biometric authentication fingerprint scanner.

On the rear, a prominent camera island with LEICA branding accommodates flash modules and a quad-camera setup. The camera ensemble comprises a primary 50MP camera with a 1-inch type sensor, an ultrawide unit, a telephoto unit with 3.2x zoom, and a periscope telephoto unit offering 5x zoom.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and an ultrawide camera with an f/1.8 aperture, while the two telephoto units boast f/3.0 apertures. According to the source, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is capable of recording videos in 8K at 24fps and 4K at 24/30/60fps. Additionally, it is claimed to support 1080p slow-motion videos at 1,920fps, although this information should be treated with caution. For selfies and video calls, the device is equipped with a 32MP front-facing camera capable of recording 4K videos.

Powering the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Other notable features include NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, USB-C, and dual-SIM slots. The device has a thickness of 9.2mm, a weight of 220g, and comes with IP68 dust and water resistance.

Available in white and black colours with vegan leather backs and aluminium frames, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra also offers a version with a titanium frame, though initial availability may be limited. The 16GB/512GB model is expected to be priced at €1,499 ($1,615/INR 134,055) in France and likely other European markets.
