While there hasn't been any official confirmation from the handset maker, but considering the pattern of rumours and leaks, it is being speculated that the smartphone will be launched soon. Now, ahead of the expected launch, an unboxing video of the forthcoming Redmi 13C has leaked online, providing design details, colour options and specifications, in full glory.

As per a video shared by a Guatemala-based tech channel named Eufracio López 502, it appears that the Redmi 13C has made its way to retail stores in Latin America, even though its official launch is not announced yet. The unboxing and review video offers an extensive view of the phone, unveiling key specifications and design details.

As per an unboxing video on YouTube, the entire Redmi 13C phone has been revealed, detailing the design and specifications of the device. As depicted in the video, the Redmi 13C appears to be available in three colour choices: clover green, a grey variant, and a matte black option. 

The leaked YouTube unboxing video suggests that the green model is subdued with a glossy texture, while the black/grey variant showcases a matte surface. The phone features squared-off edges, with a front camera housed in a dew-drop notch and the rear cameras located within two large circular modules. At the top of the device, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack. In the unboxing of the Redmi 13C's Bright Red package, the contents mainly include the phone, charging cable, and adapter.

The video also outlines the key specifications of the upcoming Redmi smartphone. The phone runs on Android 13-based MIUI 14.0.1 out of the box. The Redmi 13C packaging suggests a 6.74-inch IPS panel with full-HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. It is said to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, combined with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is expandable via a microSD card, as demonstrated in the video.

Per the translated video description (from Spanish), the phone's triple rear camera setup is dominated by a 50MP primary sensor, accompanied by an 8MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. The Redmi 13C is purported to house a 5,000mAh battery supporting 18W wired charging. Additionally, the phone features a single speaker, a proximity sensor, and weighs 198 grams, as said in the video.
