Vivo's smartphone Vivo Y21 has been launched in India It has a battery of 5000mAh. It comes in two color options with a 13 megapixel camera. It has MediaTek Helio P35 processor.

New Delhi: Smartphone company Vivo has launched its Y-series smartphone Vivo Y21 in India. This phone comes in slim design with a 5000mAh battery. It has a 13 megapixel camera. It comes in two color options and is available on major e-commerce sites. It has been built in India under 'Make in India'.    

Specifications

Vivo Y21 has a 6.51-inch HD+ (1600×720) display with a waterdrop notch for a single selfie camera. It supports dual-SIM cards and the phone works on Android 11 FunTouch 11.1 operating system. It has MediaTek Helio P35 processor. It has 4GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage which can be extended to 1TB with microSD card.

For photography, Vivo Y21 smartphone has a dual rear camera setup, with a primary camera of 13-megapixel and a secondary camera of 2-megapixel     The front has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. Its camera app comes with modes like Portrait (Basic), Pano, Live Photo, Slow-Mo, Time-Lapse, Pro and DOC.

Battery and price

The Vivo Y21 has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging. It also features a side fingerprint sensor, 4G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The 4GB + 128GB variant of the Vivo Y21 is priced at 15,490 and as per the company 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option will be available soon. It comes in two color options Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow. It can be purchased through Vivo's official channels and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Paytm.  

In competition with Oppo A74 5G

Oppo A74 5G smartphone features a 6.5-inch full HD Plus LCD display with a resolution 1080x2400 pixels. The phone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC processor. This phone from Oppo has a 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

Oppo A74 5G has a triple rear camera setup with a 48 megapixel primary camera. The second is a 2-megapixel macro lens and the third is a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling.

Oppo A74 5G has a 5,000mAh battery for power, which will support 18Watts of fast charging. Speaking of connectivity, it features Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB Type-C port. It is priced at Rs 17, 990.
