Vivo V50 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and will come in three configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.

The Vivo V50 might be launching in India very soon. Although the Chinese tech giant has not officially announced a launch date, recent leaks hint at a February debut for the latest addition to the V series lineup. The Vivo V50 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and could come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

It is also expected to be available in four different color options. Speculation suggests the Vivo V50 might be a rebranded version of the Vivo S20.

Vivo V50: Launch Timeline (Expected)

According to tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) in collaboration with SmartPrix, the Vivo V50 is expected to launch in India during the third week of February, with a tentative date of February 18. Meanwhile, the Vivo V50 Pro is rumored to arrive at a later date.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) has also confirmed the rumors surrounding the February launch of the Vivo V50 on X. According to his post, the device will be offered in four color options: blue, grey, rose, and red.

Vivo V50: Specifications (Expected)

It is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and will come in three configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. Yadav also mentions that Vivo is unlikely to release the Vivo V50 Pro model this time around. The Vivo V50 is anticipated to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S20, which is currently exclusive to the Chinese market, sharing similar specifications.

The Vivo S20, launched in China last November, features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,260×2,800 pixels. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and includes a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor. For selfies, it sports a 50-megapixel front camera. The device is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The Vivo S20 was introduced at a starting price of CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 27,000). If the Vivo V50 is indeed a rebranded version, it will likely carry similar features.
