Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 Rugged Smartphone Launched In India: Price, Specs, Availability, More

The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 has been made available in two editions: Standard and Enterprise.

South Korean tech giant Samsung on Tuesday launched its first enterprise-centric smartphone, the Galaxy XCover 7. Made with robustness in mind, this powerful smartphone ensures durability while maintaining exceptional usability. The Galaxy XCover 7 is designed to thrive in extreme conditions, catering to the needs of professionals by enhancing connectivity, promising seamless workflow continuity and reducing the risk of disruptions from external elements. The device's primary objective is to empower professionals to work efficiently and intelligently, enabling them to accomplish tasks faster and with greater ease.

Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 Price In India

The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 has been made available in two editions: Standard and Enterprise, and they will be available for Rs 27, 208 and Rs 27,530, respectively. With a robust case and a fortified glass display, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 comes with military-grade durability (MIL-STD-810H1) standards and has been "rigorously tested" to ensure it withstands severe weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and rain.

The device also comes with 50MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera and 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. The IP68-rated smartphone is not only water and dust-resistant but is also built to withstand drops of up to 1.5 metres, ensuring rough handling or accidents do not impact operations.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 comes with enhanced mobility with 5G connectivity, upgraded mobile processor performance and better memory. Additionally, the Galaxy XCover 7 comes with a new powerful rear camera optimised for single and multiple barcode/QR code scanning and expanded panel size and resolution. There is an easy POGO charging pin for convenient recharging in any setting as well as increased touch sensitivity to support usage even "with  gloves on".

Samsung's Knox Suite Subscription

The handset makr is offering 12 months subscription of Knox Suite on the Galaxy XCover 7 Enterprise Edition, giving the users tools to secure, deploy, and manage devices throughout their life cycle.
