Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra sports a massive 6.8-inch WQHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. 'Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy,' which is Samsung's branding for a customised Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. This device is offered with a maximum of 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. 

It features a 200-megapixel sensor for the primary camera. The sensor has a 1/1.3-inch size. It has two telephoto lenses, both being 10-megapixel each with OIS. The ultrawide angle camera sensor is 12-megapixel (f/2.2). It can record videos of up to 8K quality at a frame rate of 24/30 fps. For video calling and other things, the selfie camera is 12-megapixel (f/2.2). The front camera can record videos of up to 4K quality at a frame rate of 30/60 fps.
