Among its standout features, Samsung introduces the 'My Vitality Score,' a metric utilising data from sleep tracking, activity levels, and heart rate variability to gauge overall fitness and activity levels. Additionally, the Galaxy Ring will introduce the 'Booster Card,' providing actionable advice through a smartphone app to enhance fitness routines throughout the day and night.

With its compact design, the Galaxy Ring aims to offer a viable alternative to bulky smartwatches, addressing concerns such as discomfort caused by sweat accumulation in tropical climates and potential health issues associated with wearing watches tightly for extended periods.
