Samsung Galaxy A25 Could Be Priced Under Rs 30,000, Latest Leak Suggests

Samsung Galaxy A25 is expected to pack up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy A25, expected to break cover soon, is already generating buzz after making appearances on certification platforms, disclosing key specifications and design details. Positioned as the successor to the Galaxy A24, released in April of this year, industry insiders speculate an early 2024 launch for the Galaxy A25.

Numerous leaks and reports have surfaced, shedding light on various aspects of the device. In the latest revelation, noted tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore shared insights in an Appuals report. According to Ambhore, the Samsung Galaxy A25 is poised to offer two storage configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. The suggested price range for the phone falls between EUR 300 (approximately Rs. 26,800) and EUR 400 (roughly Rs. 35,700). Colour options for the handset are anticipated to include Black, Blue, Silver, and Yellow.

The report further details the Galaxy A25's potential features, encompassing a 6.5-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display boasting a 90Hz refresh rate. The operating system is expected to be Android 14-based One UI. Consistent with earlier reports, the device is likely to be powered by an in-house Exynos 1280 SoC paired with a Mali G68 GPU.

Camera specifications outlined in the report propose a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The front-facing camera, nestled within a U-shaped slot at the top of the display, is projected to house a 13-megapixel sensor.

A robust 5,000mAh battery is said to fuel the Galaxy A25, featuring 25W fast charging support through a USB Type-C port. Dimensions of the device, as per a previous leak, are estimated at 162mm x 77.5mm x 8.3mm. Leaked design renders showcase narrow bezels and a centrally aligned waterdrop notch on the front panel, housing the front camera. Notably, the power button on the right edge is rumoured to double as a fingerprint sensor, while the volume rockers find their place on the same side. On the back panel, the triple camera setup is vertically arranged in the top left corner, accompanied by an LED flash unit.
