Realme launched the latest additions to its 12 series, Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ in India on Monday. These mid-range smartphones will be made available for purchase via Realme’s official website as well as Flipkart. You can get your hands on these in early access from 6-10 PM today. Both variants sport a large 6.7-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with ultra-narrow bezels. The smartphones will be featuring a luxury watch-like camera setup which enhances the look. Let us now have a look at the prices of both variants. 

Realme 12 Pro, Realme 12 Pro Plus Price In India

The Realme 12 Pro 5G comes in two storage variants. The Realme 12 Pro 5G with 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 25,999 and the 8GB RAM+ 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 26,999. Both variants arrive in two colour options, namely — Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige. 

The Realme 12 Pro+ comes in three variants. The first variant comes with a RAM of 8GB paired with a storage of 128 GB. This variant is priced at Rs 29,999. The second variant comes with a RAM of 8GB paired with 256GB of storage and it comes with a price tag of Rs 31,999. The third variant comes with a RAM of 12GB paired with 256GB storage and it is priced at Rs 33,999. You can get these variants in three colour options — Submarine Blue, Navigator Beige and Explorer Red.

The aforementioned devices will be available in the first sale starting February 6. However, the early access sale has kicked off from today itself i.e., January 29.

Realme 12 Pro Specifications

The Realme 12 Pro is powered by a powerful Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC processor. It comes with a RAM of 8GB and storage of up to 256 GB. In addition to this, you get the DRE dynamic memory expansion technology which enables you to convert ROM into RAM. This will enhance the smartphone's overall performance. It features a triple-camera setup with the main sensor being a 50-megapixel SONY IMX882 with OIS. The second camera sensor is an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera. The third one that this device sport is a 32-megapixel 2X Flagship Telephoto Portrait camera with 2x optical zoom and 4x lossless zoom. If we talk about the front camera then it boasts a 16-megapixel selfie sensor.

The display features a 16× HyperPrecise Touch which ensures lightning-fast and accurate responses, while ProXDR restores HDR's full dynamic range for unparalleled photo viewing. The 2160 Hz PWM dimming and AI brightness adjustment for superior visual comfort make this display an eye-friendly treat.

It will run on Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 out of the box, and should get 2 Android OS updates and 3 years of security updates, similar to the previous Pro series phones

Realme 12 Pro Plus Specifications

The Realme 12 Pro Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC processor. It comes with RAM of up to 12GB and a storage of up to 256GB. With the Dynamic RAM feature, available memory on this device can be expanded up to 24GB. It sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 93 per cent screen-to-body ratio, 2160Hz PWM dimming and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It offers a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and 800 nits of peak brightness. The screen of Realme 12 Pro Plus has TUV Rheinland low blue light certification which will ensure your eye comfort and protection.

Similar to the Pro model, this one also features a triple-camera setup. The primary camera is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX 890 sensor with OIS. The setup features a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and the third one is an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera. For selfies and video chats, there is a 32-megapixel camera on the front. The camera setup offers 120X digital zoom support as well.

Similar to the aforementioned, this one also is packed with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W SuperVOOC charging.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Realme 12 Pro+ 5G runs Android 14 along with the company's Realme UI 5.0 skin.
