The OnePlus Open 2 is anticipated to debut early next year as the successor to 2023's OnePlus Open. While fans await an official announcement, a new leak has revealed details about its design and specifications. The leaked renders showcase a slimmer profile and a larger camera module. The device is also rumoured to feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and could come with an IPX8 water resistance rating.
Smartprix, in collaboration with tipsters Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) and Yawn (@chunvn8888), unveiled what may be the first renders of the OnePlus Open 2. The images suggest subtle design tweaks, including a large circular rear camera module reminiscent of the original OnePlus Open. However, the internal camera layout appears to be different, featuring three sensors arranged in the upper semicircle. The Hasselblad branding is placed at the bottom of the module, and the LED flash is positioned in the top-left corner of the back panel.
