Handset maker OnePlus is slowly revealing more details of its upcoming Nord CE 3 Lite as we inch closer towards the launch of the much-anticipated model in the popular Nord series. According to the official landing page of the device, the Nord CE 3 Lite will come with a 108MP primary camera with support for 3x zoom (up from a small 64MP sensor with 0.7µm pixels). The primary camera will have three sensors, but the details of the other two modules are not known as of now.

The Nord CE 3 Lite will likely bring a significant upgrade over last year's Nord CE 2 Lite. The upcoming model will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695, the same old chip as its predecessor. The SoC will be backed with 8GB of RAM and up to 8 gigs of expandable virtual RAM, along with 128GB of storage.

The battery details of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, the next iteration in the Nord series have been already detailed ahead of the launch. The handset maker had announced that the device will feature a 5,000mAh battery that will be supported by OnePlus' proprietary 67W SuperVOOC charging.

OnePlus will also unveil the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 alongside the Nord CE 3 Lite; the Nord CE Lite is the most affordable line in the Nord series phones.

OnePlus has posted images of the Nord CE 3 Lite on its event page which also highlights that the smartphone will come with a punch-hole display as well as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Nord CE 3 Lite will be available in two colour options: a new refreshing Pastel Lime colour and Chromatic Gray colour.

To recall, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G was launched with a 6.59-inch Full-HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate that uses AI dynamic refresh rate tech to adjust the refresh depending on the type of content to optimise power consumption. The device packs a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset with Adreno 619 GPU, a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC charging. The company claims that the phone can be charged to 50 per cent charge in just 30 minutes with the supplied 33W power adapter.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is likely to be priced under Rs 30,000 and the handset may cost Rs 29,200 in India. The device would compete with the likes of the iQoo Neo 6 and other notable rivals from Samsung and Xiaomi.
