According to Microsoft, the chatbot can swiftly pull information from Xbox support pages to help users find answers to questions about their Xbox consoles and game support.
Reports indicate that Xbox Insiders in the US can access the AI chatbot via support.xbox.com, which will help address a range of support queries related to Xbox games and consoles.

- A new browser window where you can get answers to your queries.
According to Microsoft, users can interact with the virtual agent through text or voice, and it will provide relevant information to assist with their queries. If the virtual agent is unable to resolve the issue, users have the option to request assistance from a live support agent, provided it is within Xbox Support's regular operating hours.
There are reports suggesting that Microsoft has indicated Xbox Insiders will have the option to switch between two different versions of the Support Virtual Agent. However, the company has not clarified the specific differences between these two AI agents.
