Known as the Support Virtual Agent, this AI tool aims to assist Xbox gamers by providing faster and more efficient support for gameplay and console-related issues. According to Microsoft, the chatbot can swiftly pull information from Xbox support pages to help users find answers to questions about their Xbox consoles and game support.

Reports indicate that Xbox Insiders in the US can access the AI chatbot via support.xbox.com, which will help address a range of support queries related to Xbox games and consoles.
