Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Launched: See Price, Features, Specifications And All You Want To Know
Bringing the largest update so far to the Surface portfolio, Microsoft announced a long line-up of products including new Surface Go 3 and updates to Surface Pro X
New Delhi: Microsoft has introduced all-new Surface Pro 8, its 2-in-1 laptop, along with other Surface devices built for Windows 11.
In a statement, the company said it is bringing the largest update so far to its Surface portfolio.

"This update to our iconic 2-in-1 represents the most significant leap forward since Pro 3. Surface Pro 8 is more than twice as fast as Pro 7, with 11th Gen Intel Core processors, two Thunderbolt 4 ports and built on the Intel Evo platform. All of these performance gains, Windows 11 and up to 16 hours of battery life2 make Surface Pro 8 the most powerful 2-in-1 on the market," Microsoft said in a statement.
At a starting price of $1099.99 (Rs 81,081.91, according to today's exchange rate), Surface Pro 8 is available for pre-order in select markets, the company said on its website.
Microsoft announced a long line-up of products including new Surface Go 3 and updates to Surface Pro X, Surface Duo 2, Surface Slim Pen 2 and a set of new accessories.

Surface Slim Pen 2
Surface Pro 8 supports a Slim Pen 2 stylus with a 120Hz display refresh rate that the company claims gives you “even greater control and accuracy” due to zero pressure force and ultra-low latency.
Its built-in vibrating motor will give the user the feel of writing on paper while scribbling on the Surface screen.
Surface Slim Pen 2 can be pre-ordered for $129.99 in select markets, the company said.
Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio
The new convertible laptop has 14.4-inch PixelSense Display, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. Comes with Dolby Vision and 11th-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors.
While the Core i5 model is paired with Intel Iris Xe graphics, Core i7 has the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti GPU and 4GB of VRAM.
Surface Laptop Studio is available with 16GB/ 32GB RAM options, along with up to 2TB of SSD storage.

Microsoft Surface Pro X Updates
With Windows 11 and built-in 64-bit emulation, Surface Pro X running on Microsoft SQ2 ARM silicon now has more applications. It now comes with Microsoft Teams and Office optimized for ARM, besides other apps such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. The Wi-Fi-only model with thin and sleek design comes with all-day battery life.

Microsoft Surface Go 3
The portable Surface 2-in-1 running on Windows 11 is 60 per cent faster with an Intel Core i3 processor, the company said. Surface Go 3 comes with optional LTE Advanced, all-day battery, built-in Microsoft security, and it is also optimised for tablet-to-laptop versatility with digital Pen and touch.
Weighing 1.2 pounds and featuring 1080p cameras, Go 3 comes with studio microphones, Dolby Audio, and a 10.5” touch display.
