Reddit User Shares Alleged Leaked Renders Of iPhone 16, Here's What The Camera Setup Looks Like
The rear side of the phone was shown in the alleged leaked renders, and the camera unit has been reshaped and has been aligned vertically.
Apple's upcoming lineup, iPhone 16 series, is likely to be launched in less than a month, and numerous rumours about the series are already making the rounds in the market. A new leak has surfaced, which apparently has given us an early glimpse into the design of the upcoming iPhones. The new hands-on images shared by a Reddit user appear to be the dummy of iPhone 16.
The shared images feature the back side of the phone and reveal two colour options. As showcased in the image, the rear camera unit of the phone has been revamped.
iPhone 16 Renders Leaked Allegedly
A Reddit user who goes by the username of kaxeno5 posted alleged renders of the upcoming iPhone 16. The image suggests white and black colour options for the iPhone 16. The rear side of the phone was shown in the alleged leaked renders, and the camera unit has been reshaped and has been aligned vertically. This pill shaped iPhone X-like camera setup might support spatial video recording.
The latest models of the iPhone, i.e., the iPhone 15 series, sport a diagonal camera arrangement, but spatial audio is only supported by the top variant of this series, i.e., the iPhone 15 Pro. The flash in the leaked renders feature the flash apart from the main camera island. The flash was seen beside the camera but out of the island. This redesign does match earlier leaks though.
iPhone 16 Colour Variants, Specifications (Expected)
In addition to the classic white and black, the iPhone 16 is anticipated to come in new colors including blue, green, and pink, with Apple reportedly opting for more vibrant hues this year. Leaks suggest that the device will feature a 6.1-inch OLED display and might introduce an Action button, which is currently found only on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are expected to be powered by the A18 Bionic chip, built on TSMC's 3nm process technology. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are likely to be equipped with the more advanced A18 Pro chip.
