Google Pixel 9 is likely to be launched this year and the company has teased its release which is scheduled for August 13. There is no official information out in the market yet but according to rumours and leaks, a lot of information about the device is available. A tipster has recently revealed a video of the alleged Google Pixel 9. The shared video features the display, back panel and some functioning of the device.

Tipster @reparation_mobile23 showed the pink variant of Google Pixel 9 from the back, sides, and front, with the display turned on. If it is true then the upcoming flagship looks identical to Google Pixel 8. The device sported a flat glass panel with a prominent camera bar. The bezels were symmetrical on all sides in the video and the lower bezel appeared identical to the side bezels, creating a sleek appearance.

The camera bar had a spherical frame akin to the Pixel 8. The back features a glossy finish.

For the Pixel 9 Pro models, consumers can anticipate two size variants: a standard 6.1-inch and a larger 6.7-inch OLED display, both featuring high refresh rates and exceptional colour accuracy to deliver vibrant visuals and seamless performance. Leaks suggest that the XL model will sport a 6.7-inch display as well.

In addition to size options, the Pixel 9 Pro models are rumoured to showcase a redesigned camera layout, housed within a vertical pill shape on the rear. Google may introduce a novel feature named Adaptive Touch, enhancing screen responsiveness under diverse conditions, including environmental factors and the use of screen protectors. Expected colour options for the Pixel 9 Pro include black, white, green, and pink.

Speculations further hint at a substantial sensor on the camera module, supporting variable aperture for improved low-light photography capabilities and expanded creative options. Enhanced AI functionalities, such as the Magic Editor and innovations powered by the Gemini Nano AI, are also anticipated to offer cutting-edge tools for editing photos and videos. The price of the device remains a mystery at the moment.
