The price of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is said to be between Rs 13,000-Rs 14,000, which means the model will compete with the likes of Redmi Note 12 4G and Poco M4 Pro 5G.
Samsung Galaxy M14 5G expected specs and features
Samsung's upcoming affordable Galaxy M14 5G is likely to come with a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. There could be a triple rear camera setup dominated by a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there could be a 13MP sensor at the front.
As mentioned above, the upcoming smartphone will be powered by Samsung's proprietary Exynos 1330 chipset paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, which would be expandable up to 1TB via microSD card slot. The phone will be powered by a big 6,000mAh battery supported by 25W fast charging. The phone will run Android 13 out of the box. According to Samsung, the phone will support two generations of OS upgrades and up to four years of security upgrades.
Connectivity options would include 5G, 4G, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi and a USB type-C port for charging.
Meanwhile, quashing rumours that Samsung may not launch a Galaxy S Fan Edition (FE) model for the second consecutive year, a recent report suggests that Samsung is mulling to launch the Galaxy S23 FE likely in the fourth quarter (Q4) of this year. According to a report by Sam Mobile, Samsung may ditch Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets for the S23 FE model and opt for its in-house Exynos 2200 chip in all markets, including the US.
