Dizo Watch D2 With Bluetooth Calling Launched. Know Everything

The Dizo Watch D2 has been launched in the Rs 2,000 segment and competes against budget smartwatches by Boat and Xiaomi, among others.

Dizo, the first brand under the Realme Techlife ecosystem has unveiled its new smartwatch -- the Dizo Watch D2, which is a successor to the popular Dizo Watch D that was launched last year. A big highlight of the Dizo Watch D2 is Bluetooth calling feature, which is also present in NoiseFit Force rugged smartwatch that has also been unveiled today. However, there is a bit of a price difference between both affordable Bluetooth calling smartwatches. The Dizo Watch D2 has been launched in the Rs 2,000 segment and competes against budget smartwatches by Boat and Xiaomi, among others.

The Dizo Watch D2 comes with the biggest-ever screen by the brand, a hybrid aluminium frame and a skin-friendly soft silicone strap, new watch faces, a noise-free calling feature, a range of sports modes, Dizo Health Suite, among others. The smartwatch is "fully washable", the company has claimed. The Dizo Watch D2 features a 1.91-inch display with a square dial and the screen has a peak brightness of 500 nits and more than 150 watch faces that can be customised. The price of the device is Rs 1,999, but it will be available for Rs 1,799, under an introductory offer.

For health tracking, the Watch D2 comes with a heart-rate monitor, sleep tracker, SpO2 sensor and menstrual tracker. The wearable device offers hydration and sedentary reminders. It packs support for more than 120 indoor and outdoor sports modes.

Furthermore, the Dizo Watch D2 comes with a Bluetooth calling feature, which wasn't present in the Dizo Watch launched in 2022. With the Bluetooth calling feature, users can call, answer as well as reject incoming calls directly from the smartwatch. The smartwatch also has a silent mode and noise cancellation on calls.

“We are constantly discussing the ongoing and upcoming consumer-trends with our partners as well as with consumers directly; simultaneously working hard towards fulfilling these varied needs. Currently, calling and bigger displays are on the top of the users’ list and hence, the Dizo Watch D2. The youth today want to stand out in everything they do and flaunt everything they own, and this smartwatch is exactly something they would love to show off to everyone," Abhilash Panda, CEO, Dizo India, said in a statement.

Other nifty additions include built-in mini-games, weather updates, camera and music control, smart notifications, find my phone, among others. In terms of battery life, the Dizo Watch D2 is powered by a 260mAh battery, which has a promised backup of seen days under normal mode and three days with Bluetooth calling.
