Apple Inc. recently hosted its much-anticipated Glowtime event, unveiling a host of new products, including the iPhone 16 series, Apple Watch Series 10, and an updated AirPods lineup. The iPhone 16 series comprises four models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. All models are packed with new features and enhanced performance capabilities. Alongside the hardware launches, Apple also announced key updates related to iOS 18, promising a range of software enhancements for compatible models.

Apple enthusiasts in India won’t have to wait long, as pre-orders for the iPhone 16 series begin on September 13 at 5:30 PM IST, according to the company’s official website. Prospective buyers using American Express, Axis Bank, or ICICI Bank cards can benefit from an instant Rs 5,000 cashback offer. Sales will officially kick off on September 20, and the devices will be available through major ecommerce platforms, Apple’s website, and at official Apple retail outlets, including Apple Saket in New Delhi and Apple BKC in Mumbai.

iPhone 16 Series Pricing, Specifications, Colours In India

The new iPhone 16 series offers a range of options, with each model catering to different needs. Below is a detailed breakdown of the pricing and features for each variant:

  • iPhone 16: Available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage variants, the base model is priced at Rs 79,900, Rs 89,900, and Rs 1,09,900 respectively. The iPhone 16 comes in five vibrant colour options: Ultramarine, Teal, Pink, White, and Black.
  • iPhone 16 Plus: The larger iPhone 16 Plus mirrors the storage configurations of the base model, with prices set at Rs 89,900 for the 128GB version, Rs 99,900 for the 256GB option, and Rs 1,19,900 for the 512GB variant. It also shares the same colour lineup as the iPhone 16.
  • iPhone 16 Pro: Aimed at users seeking higher performance, the iPhone 16 Pro offers four storage configurations: 128GB for Rs 1,19,900, 256GB for Rs 1,29,900, 512GB for Rs 1,49,900, and a 1TB option at Rs 1,69,900. The Pro model is available in four premium finishes: Desert Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium, and Black Titanium.
  • iPhone 16 Pro Max: For those wanting the toptier experience, the iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,44,900 for the 256GB model, Rs 1,64,900 for the 512GB option, and Rs 1,84,900 for the 1TB variant. Like the Pro model, it comes in Desert Titanium, White Titanium, Natural Titanium, and Black Titanium colour options.
  • Apple Watch Series 10 and AirPods Lineup: In addition to the iPhone 16 series, Apple also unveiled the Apple Watch Series 10, boasting significant improvements in health monitoring, battery life, and design. Meanwhile, the updated AirPods lineup includes enhanced audio quality, longer battery life, and new smart features aimed at improving user experience.

The event also saw Apple highlighting iOS 18, which is set to introduce several software innovations designed to enhance productivity, privacy, and user experience across its devices.
