TNPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2022: Hall Ticket Released For 5,831 Vacancies. Details Here

New Delhi: The Tamil Nadu Civil Servants Selection Board has released the admit cards for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) preliminary examination for the Group 2 recruitment this year. Candidates who have applied for the exam can access and download the hall ticket from the official website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.in

The candidates can download the hall ticket through one-time registration (OTR) by feeding in the application number and the date of birth.

How To Download TNPSC Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website – www.tnpsc.gov.in/ tnpscexams.in.
  • Find the TNPSC CCSE Group 2 Admit Card download link
  • Enter your application number and the date of birth 
  • The hall ticket will appear on the screen 
  • Download and take a printout of the same for future reference

Those candidates who succeed in the preliminary exams will then be required to attend the main written examination and oral test and counselling.

It is to be noted that through the recruitment drive, a total of 5,831 vacancies will be filled up for group 2 posts. The exam will be conducted on May 21 in offline mode and the results are expected to be declared by June 5. The last date to do online registration for the exam was March 23.

The Examination Pattern

The preliminary exam will consist of 300 marks and the duration will be 1 hour 30 minutes. The qualifying marks for the mains is 90 out of 300. The exam will he conducted in English and Tamil medium.

There will be 200 questions that will be asked from general Tamil or English, aptitude or mental ability test or Class 10 level.

The syllabus for the exam includes general knowledge, current affairs, Indian polity and economics, among others.
