On Tuesday, K Annamalai questioned the purpose of the Chief Minister's (CM) visit to Spain, supposedly to attract investments for Tamil Nadu, especially after the recent Global Investors Meet. Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet was held on 7 and 8 January 2024.

He often travels abroad - not to attract investments but to save money there. I said the same thing when the CM visited Dubai," Annamalai said.
