Jawan Pre-Release Event To Be Held In Chennai Today, SRK Hints At Doing Some 'Tha Tha Thaiya'

Shah Rukh Khan said that he might even do some 'tha tha thaiya' if asked in a reference to his song 'Thaiya Thaiya Thaiya' from the movie Uyire.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan will attend the audio launch event of his eagerly anticipated movie Jawan in Chennai on Wednesday. The announcement of the actor's visit came just hours after the release of the third song "Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya" from the movie. The music of the movie is composed by Anirudh. Shah Rukh published information about his visit on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday.

Shah Rukh also said that he might dance during the party if asked. SRK said, "Vanakkam Chennai, I am coming!!! All the Jawans - girls & boys at Sai Ram Engineering College be ready... I am excited to meet you all! Might even do some tha tha thaiya if asked. See you tomorrow 3PM onwards."

'Jawan' is a Red Chillies Entertainment film directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film will be released worldwide in theatres on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

Alongside Shah Rukh, the film also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara,  Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya and Lehar Khan. It will also have a cameo role played by Deepika Padukone. 

The stage is already set for the event. Taking to X, director Atlee said, "Excited to meet all after  3 years ❤️❤️❤️."

Earlier, SRK said that the trailer of the film will be released on August 31. He said that he would launch the trailer of the movie in Dubai and meet his fans at Burj Khalifa.
