During DMK's 15th general council meeting on Sunday, Deputy General Secretary, E Periyasamy, asserted that even if a huge alliance is created, DMK can contest alone and defeat everyone in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

While speaking at the party's general council meeting where some crucial decisions were taken and the party's roadmap was discussed, Periyasamy challenged BJP and AIADMK to stop them from winning in the next Lok Sabha elections. "I want MK Stalin to be Tamil Nadu CM for next 20 years," he said as quoted by news agency ANI.
