According to report, two people were arrested and a minor was detained in connection with the incident.

Pankaj Kumar (26) was allegedly beaten up and dumped behind some bushes in the Ankur Vihar area, according to police. According to reports, his body was discovered on November 18.

"It was later discovered during the investigation that Pankaj was hired as a waiter for a wedding reception on November 17. He was carrying a used tray that accidentally touched a guest, for which he was beaten," Ankur Vihar Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Ravi Prakash told PTI.
