AB de Villiers viral video: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) legend AB de Villiers is currently in India for a visit. The former Proteas skipper first visited his second home Bengaluru and after spending some time there, De Villiers arrived in Mumbai where he also met India batting icon Sachin Tendulkar in the city.
“Bottled up with excitement as I wait to meet with @sachintendulkar . He’s always been someone I look up to. The way he carried himself on and off the field during his playing days was nothing short of incredible! Since his retirement nothing has changed and he still inspires millions around the world, including me," de Villiers captioned his post on Instagram.
Later in the day, de Villiers was spotted playing street cricket with fans in Mumbai. The video of the same has gone viral on the internet.
Last year in November, De Villiers announced retirement from all formats of game. The RCB legend (4491 runs in 156 matches) ended his IPL career being the second highest run-scorer for the Bangalore-based franchise behind Virat Kohli.
Overall, De Villiers scored 5162 runs in 184 IPL matches at an average of 39.70 with help of three centuries and 40 fifties.
