Manu Bhaker Becomes First Indian To Qualify For Three Finals In A Single Edition Of Olympics

Manu Bhaker is in inspired form at Paris Olympics 2024, as the Indian shooter reaches her third final at the edition. The Indian athlete managed to bag a bronze medal in the Women's Individual 10m Air Pistol event, and bagged another in the Mixed Team 10m Air Pistol event alongside Sarabjot Singh.

However, Manu Bhaker has progressed into the Women's Individual 25m Pistol event on a whole different run of form, as she came second in the qualification phase, with a brilliant score of 590, and remained two points short of the Hungarian shooter in first place.

The Indian faithful can sense a gold medal from the event, as Manu Bhaker never looked like second-best throughout the event on Dayb 7, and will be contesting for the medal in the Final on Day 8 (Saturday, August 3).

Her compatriot, Esha Singh, who started the event on a bright note, fell behind at the conclusion and therefore, misses out on the final.
