No Gin from Now But Hand Sanitizers With 70 Percent Alcohol : Shane Warne's Initiative During The Time Of Coronavirus
Cricket legend Shane Warne has decided to stop the production of Seven Zero Eight Gin and instead produce hand sanitizers in the wake of Coronavirus scare.
New Delhi: Australia has seen his humanitarian face earlier as well. Shane Warne earlier had contributed many times when the country faced crisis situation. The recent example was his participation during the bush fire charity match in Australia. This time the legendary leg spinner has decided to take an initiative to produce hand sanitizer in association with his company Seven Zero Eight.
Covid 19 continues to spread in Australia and the Aussie Prime Minister has asked the companies in the country to work like wartime situation so that the medical supplies don't fall short. The international supply chain has got severely affected following the corona virus outbreak and spread. Shane Warne and his founders, which include two Western Australian surgical specialists, decided to stop the production of their award winning Seven Zero Eight Gin and instead produce grade 70 percent alcohol sanitizer till the situation gets normal in Australia.
"This is a challenging time for Australians and we all need to do what we can to help our healthcare system combat this disease and save lives," Shane Warne said on social media.
Seven Zero Eight has already started the production of hand sanitizers and will supply in two hospitals in Western Australia.
